This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining refunds for ChromasPro. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
One-Month License
- Customers who purchase a one-month license are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Refund requests must be submitted before the 7-day period expires.
Twelve-Month and Perpetual Licenses
- Customers who purchase a twelve-month or perpetual license are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Refund requests must be submitted before the 30-day period expires.
REFUND PROCESS
- To request a refund, customers must contact our support team via email at orders@technelysium.com.au
- The refund request should include details which identify the order and reason for the refund.
- We will process eligible refund requests within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
EXCLUSIONS
- Refunds will not be provided after the applicable refund period has expired.
- Refunds will not be issued if the software has been misused or if the terms of service have been violated.
- Promotional or discounted purchases may be subject to different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.
LICENSE DEACTIVATION
Upon refund approval, the customer's license will be deactivated and access to the software will be revoked.
