REFUND ELIGIBILITY

One-Month License

Twelve-Month and Perpetual Licenses

REFUND PROCESS

  1. To request a refund, customers must contact our support team via email at orders@technelysium.com.au
  2. The refund request should include details which identify the order and reason for the refund.
  3. We will process eligible refund requests within 5 business days.
  4. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

EXCLUSIONS

LICENSE DEACTIVATION

Upon refund approval, the customer's license will be deactivated and access to the software will be revoked.
